Avv. Giulio Azzaretto
Giulio has been practicing law since 1995, building his career within top-tier domestic and international law firms. Thanks to his strong business and financial acumen, he initially specialized in tax matters before expanding into corporate law, finance, and M&A transactions. Over the past 15 years, Giulio has focused primarily on the Defence, Security, and Cybersecurity sectors, where he has advised institutions and corporations on legal strategies in one of the most complex and heavily regulated industries. In July 2021, he successfully led the first European aggregation deal in the Cybersecurity sector. He has also practiced for several years in Dubai, supporting international clients in the development and execution of cross-border strategies. Giulio is admitted to practice before High Courts and recognized Tax Technical Expert for the Milan Courts.
